Shipping & Return Policy


Our Botanika.Life *Free Shipping Offer is available within the Continental United States only on orders of $100 or more. Orders shipped to international addresses do not qualify. Free Shipping does not apply to special orders and oversized/overweight products.

Most orders (16 ounces or less) will be shipped via FedEx. This is trackable and normally arrives within five to seven business days from shipping. We do not guarantee delivery time on orders shipped with our Free Shipping Offer.

Return Policy: If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase and want a full refund, we offer a 30-day return policy.

Return Shipping: Ship your return product within 90 days of delivery to: BOTANIKA LIFE, Attn: Returns, 1688 Meridian Ave, Suite 905, Miami Beach, FL 33139.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

FedEx Standard Shipping and Handling (Domestic Only)

Your order should arrive 2-5 business days after shipping if ordered by 1:00PM (EST). Please note that 2-day orders placed after 1:00PM (EST) on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed on Monday and should arrive 2 business days after processing. Saturday, Sunday and holiday delivery is not available.

P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO, and Freight Forwarders

Currently, we do not allow shipments to P.O. Boxes. Billing addresses may contain P.O. Boxes. We also do not allow shipments to APO/FPO/DPO or freight forwarding address locations.

Refunds (if applicable): Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

I have a promotion code, how do I use it?

Just enter the promotion code at checkout in the Promotion Code box. Our system only accepts valid current promotion codes. Sign up for our email for access to the latest updates and promotions.

Can I combine Promotion Codes?

Our system only accepts one promo code for an order.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


We currently do not support exchanges.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
